Wine Dinner with Joseph Wagner

Hello Friends,

For those who know their wine history, over 40 years ago Chuck Wagner founded Caymus vineyards and subsequently set the gold standard for a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. But, as his children grew Chuck Wagner didn’t simply want to hand Caymus down to to them like the heads of many of Napa’s multigenerational brands. Instead, he tasked each with setting off to create their brands personal to them.

As a result, the Wagner legacy has blossomed into a collection of wines and vineyards that all share much of the same impeccable reputation for quality and consistency Caymus is known for. Most notably, those of Joseph Wagner which include the likes of Boen, Belle Glos, Elouan and others.

As such, it is a real treat to have Joseph Wagner joining us in person as guest and speaker to introduce these wines and take part in Executive Chef John Thomas’ five course seasonal pairing menu made especially for these featured wines.

My goal is to always host a unique dinner worth moving around your calendar for and I’d like to think that my success rate is quite noble, but this dinner in particular is a rare opportunity to meet a Napa Valley icon. If you are able to make one wine dinner with us this year, perhaps this is the one.
