Our First Wine Dinner of 2017 with Flora Springs

Hello Friends,

I’m very pleased to bring you news of the first 32 East wine dinner of the new year, with none other than Napa Valley’s Flora Springs.

For those unfamiliar, while Flora Springs was officially founded in 1978, their legacy dates back to the late 1800s when wine grapes were first planted on the property that is now their estate home. The depth of this history, their fine attention to it’s preservation and commitment to a principle of putting quality above quantity results in some of the most complex and vivid wines to consistently come from Napa Valley.

As always, we’ve selected vintages and varietals we feel are the highlights of Flora Springs’ portfolio, while Chef John Thomas has once again crafted a pairing menu that we feel serves as a wonderful accompaniment to these fine wines.
